  Bev & Peter Mantova- Forster NSW. Would like to update our review. We Have Changed our opinion of this dealer. After buying a used van off them for $41,888(which they gave to us for $39,000 CASH) we thought we had done very we. On our first trip away in the van the fridge would not work After ringing Harbour city caravans we we told there was no warranty on it. If we wanted to take it up they would have a look at it. As we live in Forster we would have to go all the way to Coffs Harbour and stay somewhere while they had a look at it. We have 2 small dogs that we travell with so we would also have to have them boarded somewhere while in Coffs. This would all be extra expense. We have had it fixed in Forster at an expense of over $1500. Makes us wonder if they knew about the fridge before we took delivery of the van and that is why we got the good discount as they knew we would have to spend about the same on fridge repair. Very disappointed and will not go to them again. Our van before this one was bought from 7th street caravans in Newcastle and not nearly as expensive as this one and we got a 3 months warranty on it.BEWARE.

  Friendly service at first, however we got our water hose replaced from the tank to the tap on our camper trailer and now the water is now undrinkable, (strong plastic taste) I tried to call to at least get some information but they didn't want to know about it, and were not very helpful.

  Great service Paul, called in on way out of town to ask if a new battery could be fitted to our van? No problem said Paul (owner) fitted new battery after some great advice and we were on the way to Yamba. Kind regards Christopher & Annemarie Dove
