  F45 is the best thing that exists in the fitness industry! All the workouts are challenging and fun and no two workouts are ever the same. You get in and out in 45 minutes and get to workout with friendly people & great trainers. I have lost nearly 20 Kgs in 10 months since joining and can still enjoy cheat days and beers on the weekend! There is not a person I know that I wouldn't recommend F45 to. Old, young, fit, unfit..

  In the last 4 months I have lost 9kgs but the number on the scales doesn't define me. What does is how amazing I feel after each session and I can certainly notice the difference in my own ability which makes me feel very proud to come this far after overcoming many hurdles in the last 5 years.

  I absolutely love the team environment and everyone is very friendly and enthusiastic to each other. Not to mention that the trainers are amazing and push you when you need it.

  F45 is the best thing I have done for my health! The vibe and energy in the studio is awesome it really drives you to push harder in the workouts (no workout is the same). Great group of members and dedicated trainers, I can't see myself turning back from here I've got the F45 bug

  I love F45. I can't imagine going back to a 'normal gym'. It's a great mix of cardio and strength and with a different program every single day there is no getting bored. All the people there (trainers and members) are really friendly and there is a real sense of being part of a team.

  I did a lot of research into gyms, exercise studios, outdoor fitness groups and so forth when we returned to Coffs Harbour and I was pregnant with our second child. When I was able to go back and exercise again I joined F45 in April 2017. One of the best decisions I have made.
