  Dear owner of this Storage Facility, I'am a local removalist. Firstly i sincerely appologise for leaving the storage roller door up on the 10/11/2017 @ 3pm while your care taker John was there. I never intended to upset anyone by parking our removalist truck in your driveway waiting for our customer to come and unlock her storage. The man at the storage facility( John i think) had this idea that somehow we were going to cut the lock, Under no circumstances would i ever cut a storage lock without the customers concent that would make us liable for legal action. When it comes to locks and keys we have a high bank security clearance, Working for Secuirty Express delivering bank bags throughout the north westof NSW for 30 years. So we know what we are talking about when it comes to locks, keys and security. I do not appreciate the call from your office to my office girls swearing using unseen language about the matters above. My office girls couldnt handle the abussive swearing any longer and hung up on the elderly man. We are more then happy to comply with your demands by not using your facility again and that will have to go for my customers aswell.
